Session Expiry Help


If, when logging in to the website: www.mtbc.com, you enter your username and password and receive the following error message:

Your session has expired.

Please login again.

.. then take the following steps to resolve this problem:

(Important note: these instructions are for Internet Explorer 6)

  1. Open "Internet Explorer"
  2. Go to >> Tools >> Internet Options
  3. In the General Tab, click "Delete Cookies", >> OK
  4. Click "Delete Files" >> OK, Click "Delete Files" >> Click Check box for "Delete all offline content", >> OK
  5. Click "Clear History", >> Yes
  6. Go to the Privacy Tab and Click >> "Edit"; a new window will open where, in "Address of Web site", you should first type www.mtbc.com and click "Allow".Click >> OK >> OK.

- Close all opened windows and re-open Internet Explorer. Login again to the website.
