Mr. Rosenblum is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University and the University of
Pennsylvania Law School and has been practicing law for over 30 years. Before joining
MTBC, Mr. Rosenblum spent 25 years with a major Philadelphia law firm, where he
served as Managing Partner, and approximately 3 years as the interim President/CEO
and General Counsel of a publicly traded (OTC:BB) e-commerce incubator. Mr. Rosenblum
has extensive experience in all aspects of the health care industry, including compliance
with HIPAA and various other laws and regulations.

Howard Resnick

As CFO, Mr. Resnick has oversight responsibility for all financial functions of the company. As a veteran in financial services, Mr. Resnick has experience in both public and private corporations - from Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young to Chief Financial Officer of a privately held company. He received his B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Pace University and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.

Stephen A. Snyder

Prior to joining MTBC, Mr. Snyder was associated with a law firm where he focused on such areas as business litigation, insurance and transactional matters. Mr. Snyder graduated magna cum laude from Montclair State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, where he served as a senior editor of a law journal. Mr. Snyder serves as MTBC's Vice President and General Counsel.

Ms. Goetsch has 12 years of experience in the medical services industry, managing a physician's private practice as well as a large hospital setup. She specializes in delivering MTBC's services to clients, and in working one-on-one with physicians to boost practice efficiency. Ms. Goetsch also leads the stellar customer service program, which has accounted for substantial company growth through word-of-mouth advertising.
