(Somerset, New Jersey) – MTBC has achieved 2011/2012 complete Electronic Health Record ONC-ATCB Certification, which designates that the software is capable of supporting providers with Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. MTBC WebEHR was certified on May 2, 2012 under ICSA Labs’ ONC-ATCB Electronic Health Record (EHR) program and is compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

“We are very pleased to be able to now offer this amazingly intuitive, fully integrated practice management solution, on a web-based platform,” said Muhammad Chebli, Vice President of Information Technology. “The ONC-ATCB certification of the MTBC WebEHR validates that MTBC WebEHR can help providers achieve the meaningful use incentive. The MTBC WebEHR, which is our second EHR product to receive ONC-ATCB certification, incorporates everything that we have learned about EHR design to create a truly unique and completely web-based user experience,” said Mr. Chebli.

“We’re very pleased to be able to offer our clients this powerful solution, which we believe to be unparalleled in its flexibility, ease of use and seamless integration with our unique practice management platform and business intelligence tools,” said Stephen Snyder, President. “This solution will also be invaluable as we continue to accelerate our acquisition campaign; a campaign which has already resulted in two completed acquisitions during 2012,” explained Brendan Harney, Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions.
