MTBC, a Unique Healthcare IT Company, Announces Recipient of the Office Manager of the Year Award

SOMERSET, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MTBC, a unique healthcare IT company, specializing in revenue cycle management and EMR solutions, is glad to announce that Sarah Pfister of Amannda Richline, DPM, PC of Belvidere, NJ is the MTBC 2007 Office Manager of the Year.

Each year, MTBC awards one of its clients with the Office Manager of the Year award to recognize exceptional office management service. Typically, MTBC’s office manager of the year is awarded a round-trip airline ticket to the international or domestic destination of his or her choice. Sarah Pfister and her husband have chosen to enjoy the office manager of the year award with a four-night trip to an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean.

MTBC’s Office Manager of the Year is selected from the year’s recipients of the Office Manager of the Month award. This selection is based on MTBC’s proprietary Efficiency Rating which uses an algorithm to assign a score to each MTBC client based on the practice’s billing efficiency. The office managers with the highest average efficiency ratings are eligible for the office manager of the month award and in turn, for the office manager of the year award.

For the past seven years, Sarah Pfister has been the office manager for Dr. Richline’s podiatry practice in Warren County, New Jersey. Her responsibilities include managing the daily functions of Dr. Richline’s practice by facilitating billing transmissions to MTBC, assisting the doctor and administrative duties.

Dr. Amannda Richline has been an MTBC client since October of 2005. Her office was awarded the Office of the Month for September 2007 at which time Sarah received a $100 gift card.
