Chairman and CEO
Mahmud Haq is the founder and CEO of MTBC. Prior to founding MTBC, Mr. Haq served
as CEO and President of Compass International Services Corporation from 1997-1999
(NASDAQ:CMPS). From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Haq held various senior executive positions
at American Express, including Vice President--Risk Management of Global Collections
for the Travel Related Services division (1994-1996). Mr. Haq is a graduate of Bridgewater
State College (Massachusetts) with a BS in Aviation Management and he has earned
an MBA from Clark University (Massachusetts) with a concentration in Finance.
Howard L. Clark, Jr.
Member, Board of Directors
Howard L. Clark, Jr. joined MTBC’s Board of Directors in October, 2013. Mr. Clark
previously joined American Express in 1981, eventually being appointed CFO in 1985.
From 1990 through 1993, Mr. Clark was the Chairman and CEO of Shearson Lehman Brothers,
Inc. He later served as Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers from 1993 through 2008,
and then as Vice Chairman of Barclays Capital from 2008 through 2011. Mr. Clark
graduated from Boston University in 1967 and received his MBA from Columbia University.
Cameron P. Munter
Member, Board of Directors
Cameron P. Munter joined MTBC Board of Directors in June 2013. Mr. Munter served
as the U.S. Ambassador to Pakistan from October 2010 through July 2012. Prior to
this appointment, Mr. Munter held a variety of high-profile diplomatic positions
in Iraq and also served as U.S. Ambassador to Serbia. Mr. Munter received his B.A.,
magna cum laude, from Cornell University and doctoral degree in Modern European
History from the Johns Hopkins University. He is currently a professor of International
Relations at Pomona College.
Stephen Snyder joined MTBC in September 2005 as General Counsel, Vice President
and Company Secretary, was promoted to serve as Chief Operating Officer in January
2009 and then President in September 2011. Prior to joining MTBC, Mr. Snyder served
as an attorney with a New Jersey law firm. He is a member of the New Jersey and
New York bars, the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers
Association and his writings on healthcare law and practice management have been
published in print and electronic media. Mr. Snyder graduated magna cum laude from
Montclair State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School
of Law - Newark, where he served as a senior editor of a law journal.
Chief Financial Officer
Bill Korn joined MTBC in June 2013 as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Korn has served
as CFO for six other businesses, including SnapOne and Antenna Software, where he
enabled the business to grow at an 87% CAGR through a combination of acquisitions
and organic growth. He also spent ten years with IBM as a member of the senior management
team that created IBM’s highly successful services strategy in the 1990’s. Mr. Korn
graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College and received his MBA from Harvard
Vice President, Sales
Loraine Goetsch has been with MTBC since 1999. In September 2009, she was appointed
Vice President, Operations after having served in various progressive senior capacities.
In August 2012, she took on the role of Vice President, Sales to spearhead MTBC’s
organic growth strategy throughout the US. With over 15 years of experience, she
has an in-depth understanding of the current and evolving needs of our industry
and target market.
Vice President & General Counsel
Christine Salimbene joined MTBC in 2009 as General Counsel, Vice President and Company
Secretary. She is a member of the New Jersey bar and has more than a decade of legal
experience. Ms. Salimbene and her team focus on mitigating business risk and ensuring
compliance with all legal requirements.
Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions / Associate General Counsel
Brendan Harney joined MTBC in 2010 as an Associate General Counsel. In this role
Mr. Harney primarily focuses on providing legal services essential to MTBC’s operations.
In 2011, Mr. Harney was appointed Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and has
focused on pursuing an acquisition strategy that allows MTBC to capitalize on the
consolidation in the healthcare revenue cycle management industry. Mr. Harney graduated
cum laude from Binghamton University and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers
School of Law- Newark. Mr. Harney is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey
and New York.
Amritpal K. Deol
Vice President of Client Relationship Management
Amritpal joined MTBC in 2012 as Vice President of Client Relations. In this role,
Amritpal focuses on working with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth. She
graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida with a B.S. in broadcast
journalism. Amritpal received her Juris Doctorate from the Penn State Dickinson
School of Law. While in law school, she served as senior editor of the Penn State
Law Review. Amritpal is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Vice President of Intellectual Property and Innovation.
Pravin Conda joined MTBC in 2012 as Vice President of Intellectual Property and
Innovation. In this role, Pravin helps drive innovation and manage MTBC’s patent
portfolio. He is a member of the New Jersey, New York, and Patent bars and has experience
advising information technology companies. Pravin graduated from Rutgers School
of Engineering with a B.S. in biomedical engineering and received his Juris Doctorate
from Franklin Pierce Law Center.
