Mahmud Haq
Chairman and CEO
Mahmud Haq is the founder and CEO of MTBC. Prior to founding MTBC, Mr. Haq served
as CEO and President of Compass International Services Corporation from 1997-1999
(NASDAQ:CMPS). From 1985 to 1996, Mr. Haq served as Vice President of Global Risk
Management for American Express. Mr. Haq is a graduate of Bridgewater State College
(Massachusetts) with a BS in Aviation Management and he has earned an MBA from Clark
University (Massachusetts) with a concentration in Finance.
David Rosenblum
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
David Rosenblum joined MTBC in 2003 as President and was later appointed Vice Chairman
of the Board of Directors in September 2011. He is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins
University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School and has been practicing
law for more than three decades. Prior to joining MTBC, Mr. Rosenblum spent 25 years
with a major Philadelphia law firm, where he served as Managing Partner, and approximately
3 years as the interim President, CEO and General Counsel of a publicly-traded e-commerce
incubator.
Stephen Snyder
President
Stephen Snyder joined MTBC in September 2005 as General Counsel, Vice President
and Company Secretary, was promoted to serve as Chief Operating Officer in January
2009 and then President in September 2011. Prior to joining MTBC, Mr. Snyder served
as an attorney with a New Jersey law firm. He is a member of the New Jersey and
New York bars, the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Trial Lawyers
Association and his writings on healthcare law and practice management have been
published in print and electronic media. Mr. Snyder graduated magna cum laude from
Montclair State University and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School
of Law - Newark, where he served as a senior editor of a law journal.
Dennis J. Suler, Jr.
Chief Marketing Officer / Vice President, Business Development
Dennis joined MTBC on a consulting basis in 2010, then assumed full time responsibilities
as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President, Business Development in 2011. In
this role, he and his team are responsible for the company’s organic growth and
strategic business partnerships. For 20 years, Dennis has worked in various roles
in Sales and Marketing management, both offline and online. He began his career
at Prudential HealthCare where he headed Marketing and Communications,
then moved onto various management and executive positions in a variety of industries.
Dennis holds a Bachelors Degree in English Writing from East Stroudsburg University
and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
Loraine Goetsch
Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management
Loraine Goetsch has been with MTBC since 2001. In September 2009, she was appointed
Vice President, Operations after having served in various progressive senior capacities.
She is responsible for overseeing client relations and optimizing the revenue cycle
management services provided to MTBC's clients.
Muhammad Chebli
Vice President, Information Technology
Muhammad Chebli has been with MTBC since 2001. In September 2009, Mr. Chebli was
appointed Vice President, Information Technology after having served in various
senior capacities. He is responsible for the direction, development, and delivery
of technology solutions in the advancement of MTBC’s mission to provide high value
software and services to healthcare providers.
Christine Salimbene
Vice President & General Counsel
Christine Salimbene joined MTBC in 2009 as General Counsel, Vice President and Company
Secretary. She is a member of the New Jersey bar and has more than a decade of legal
experience. Ms. Salimbene and her team focus on mitigating business risk and ensuring
compliance with all legal requirements.
Brendan Harney
Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions / Associate General Counsel
Brendan Harney joined MTBC in 2010 as an Associate General Counsel. In this role
Mr. Harney primarily focuses on providing legal services essential to MTBC’s operations.
In 2011, Mr. Harney was appointed Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions and has
focused on pursuing an acquisition strategy that allows MTBC to capitalize on the
consolidation in the healthcare revenue cycle management industry. Mr. Harney graduated
cum laude from Binghamton University and received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers
School of Law- Newark. Mr. Harney is licensed to practice law in both New Jersey
and New York.
Qasim Zaidi
Chief Financial Officer
Qasim Zaidi joined MTBC as Chief Financial Officer in March, 2012. Zaidi has, to
his credit, more than 12 years of experience in Finance and Public Accounting. He
comes with exceptional auditing skills, financial business knowledge and insights
into the world of Finance. Zaidi is responsible for preparing MTBC for its initial
public offerings, including all auditing and financial operations and risk assessment
for various financial prospects in future. Zaidi’s diverse experience in auditing
and excellent financial management skills will complement MTBC’s sound financial
position, and help MTBC make better financial decisions in future.
