SOMERSET, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-August 12, 2005 -- MTBC - The 4% Medical Billing and Free EMR Company-today announced that it has hired Mr. Stephen A. Snyder as
its new in-house legal counsel. Mr. Snyder will be based in MTBC's New Jersey office
and will serve as Vice President and General Counsel.

Prior to joining MTBC, Mr. Snyder was associated with a law firm where he focused
on such areas as business litigation, insurance and transactional matters. Mr. Snyder
graduated magna cum laude from Montclair State University and received his Juris
Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law, where he served as a senior editor of a law
journal.
