MTBC Announces Hiring of New General Counsel

SOMERSET, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-August 12, 2005 -- MTBC - The 4% Medical Billing and Free EMR Company-today announced that it has hired Mr. Stephen A. Snyder as its new in-house legal counsel. Mr. Snyder will be based in MTBC's New Jersey office and will serve as Vice President and General Counsel. "He will be involved in MTBC's continued expansion throughout the United States and in its development of strategic alliances and partnerships."
