MTBC Announces Hiring of New Chief Financial Officer

Somerset, NJ-February 24, 2006-MTBC - The 4% Medical Billing and EMR Company-today announced that it has hired Mr. Howard B. Resnick as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Resnick will be based in MTBC's New Jersey office.

"Howard's exceptional 20 years of experience in finance will be pivotal during the next phase of our growth," said Mr. David Rosenblum, President of MTBC. "Our ability to attract talent of Howard's caliber is a testament to our achievements thus far and his contributions will ensure our continued growth and success."

In his new role with MTBC, Mr. Resnick will have oversight responsibility for all financial functions of the company, as well as playing a key leadership role in the company's execution of its strategic initiative of a public offering.

As a veteran in financial services, Mr. Resnick has experience in both public and private corporations - from Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young to Chief Financial Officer of a privately held company. He received is B.B.A. in Public Accounting from Pace University and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
