MTBC Announces Appointment of Deloitte as its New Independent Auditor

(SOMERSET, NJ) – December 13, 2010. MTBC, a unique healthcare IT company, has announced that it recently retained Deloitte & Touche LLP (“Deloitte”) as its new independent auditor. Deloitte replaces the Company’s existing independent auditor, Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman & Company, PA.

The Company's decision to change auditors was not due to any disagreements between the Company and its former auditors on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure or auditing scope and procedure.
