MTBC Gives Access to Providers with the Press of a Button

Another nice addition, mtbc has recently launched a new SMS service for its clients. This service will help providers to get instant access to their billing and practice management information such as financial summaries, charge details, payment details, total aging, patient aging, insurance aging, claim tracking and daily work confirmation summaries on their mobile phones with the convenient touch of a button.

MTBC’s SMS service is easy to use and available for providers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Providers can remain up-to-date with all of their practice’s information no matter where they are.

In order to activate the service, providers simply have to log in to their MTBC accounts online, choose the SMS Subscription option from Administration menu and enter and confirm the phone number at which they want to receive SMS messages. Providers then receive an activation code. Providers can even opt to receive automated messages at times of their choosing.
